Looking for a unique alternative to a traditional wedding cake? Create a custom sweets table to go along with the cake, or simply in place of it. We offer a variety of options like mini-French pastries, macarons, assorted dessert cups, mini brownies and bars, and mini butter cookies.

 

Mag’s Legacy specializes in creating custom sweet, treats & dessert tables for all of your special events & occasions such as Baby Showers, Baptisms, Holy Communions, Birthdays, Quinceaneras Sweet Sixteens, Graduations, Bridal Showers, Weddings, Retirements & many more! Mag’s Legacy will strive to create your events vision with a spectacular setup that will have your guest and yourself speechless.

Customizing our selections to your vision and palate is our specialty. Your mix-and-match, one-of-a-kind sweets table is sure to have guests talking. After you choose the items for your Sweets Table, you’ll need a way to display your gourmet desserts. We have beautiful displays available to rent.

 

Dessert Tables are a great way to allow your guests to sample several smaller sweets instead of just one slice of cake! You can have a small cake for a centerpiece if you like and surround it with a variety of treats! Our full dessert table packages can be designed for any theme/color and include premium table linens, table décor, plates, premium dessert stands, apothecary candy jars, dessert labels, scoops, tongs, and mini candy bags. Set up and break down is included. Since we do recommend at least 2 desserts per guest, each package accommodates those servings. For candy buffets, we provide 4oz per guests in each package. You can choose any combination of items from the following list. You may also visit our Instagram and Facebook pages to view other desserts available as well. And we are always open to any special requests or other dessert requests that you may have.

Things to Know...

Setup

 

Depending on the package & Add-On choices we will need at least 1 hour up to 2 hours before event start time to set-up your Legacy Package. An empty 8ft minimum space will be required for sweet table setups. We will coordinate with event staff for proper location or clients preferred layout for the location of the sweet table setup.

 

Do you already have a designed table and just need desserts? For an additional fee of $45 we will gladly set up your desserts on the provided table décor.

 

Rental Package - $200

 

This Legacy Package will Include a Backdrop for the Dessert Table, a Table (If needed), Tablecloth, Table Runner, and 5 Dessert Stands. Mag’s Legacy will come set up this package along with assisting of placing client treats if Available. When event is finished Mag’s Legacy will return to take down all Mag’s Legacy property.(This Package Does Not Include Any Desserts & Delivery Fee Will be Applied). This Package is for the Client Who Needs the Decor for a Sweet Table but Providing Their Own Desserts.

 

Additional Stands: $10 Each

Cake Stands: $5 Sm/$10 Med/$15 Lg Each 

(Stand That Will Display the Cake on the Dessert Table).

Disclaimer

 

Stands, table decor, table, backdrops or any of Mag’s Legacy property cannot be moved by the client after setup is complete.  Additional items cannot be added to any of Mag’s Legacy property without prior approval. If you would like a cake to be showcased on the sweet table a cake stand will be provided through Mag’s Legacy for a small fee. Cake cannot be cut on Mag’s Legacy property. The cake must be cut at a separate table. Clients will be held financially responsible for any missing items or damage that is done to Mag’s Legacy property.

 

Outdoor Events

 

Mag’s Legacy strongly recommends that sweet tables be in a more controlled environment to secure the longevity of the desserts & treats that are displayed for consumption. If sweet table is to be outdoors, due to uncontrollable circumstances like weather & insects, it is recommended that the sweet table be open to guests as soon as possible after setup is completed. A covered area is required for all outdoor setups.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Cancellations need to be made 30 days before the date of your event to receive a full refund. Deposit will be Forfeited if notification is done within the 30-day deadline. Rescheduling is available for a future date if the new date in question is available. If rescheduling the deposit will be applied to the new invoice date. If canceling the rescheduled date the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Delivery

 

Charges for sweet table setup and take down will be $2.00 per mile and will be added to your package invoice.

RUSH REQUESTS?

 

We cannot guarantee that last minute/rush order request will be accommodated. Rush orders are orders placed within 28 days of your event/order date. If a rush order can be accommodated, a 15% rush order fee will be added to your order

We DO NOT offer or specialize in fondant, character themed, or sculpted cakes. ​​​​​​​​​
